SOME INFORMATION ABOUT THE CHIMERA EU HORIZON PROJECT AIMED AT CBRN SAFETY AND SECURITY
Popis výsledku v původním jazyce
The CHIMERA (Comprehensive Hazard Identification, and Monitoring systEm for uRban Areas) project provides a ground-breaking solution to the selected shortcomings and gaps in strengthening the CBRN (chemical, biological, radiological, and nuclear) protection and security in EU countries. The CHIMERA project focuses on CBRN agents in urban areas and substantial innovations that can significantly improve the safety and security associated with these substances, including preparedness for various threats that are potentially caused by CBRN. In order to ensure effective dissemination of these results and support their implementation, a communication strategy aimed at raising awareness, supporting technology applications, building partnerships, and obtaining feedback is being developed. The main goal of the communication strategy is to inform the target groups about the results and benefits of the CHIMERA project, to support the practical implementation of the advanced technologies and solutions, to create and maintain strategic partnerships, and to obtain feedback from end users and experts for further improvement of the solutions. Twelve partners are participating in the project; one of them, the Police Academy of the Czech Republic (PACR) in Prague, is primarily engaged in developing a communication strategy, evaluating CBRN risk.
