The chapter examines the specifics of the Central European thinking about international politics. It reflects on its specific conditions of knowledge production. It identifies five key figures of the Central European thinking about international politics- Masaryk, Bibo, Dmowski, Hodza and Kardelj. Each thinker is classified according to the typology distinguishing between Hobbesian, Lockean and Kantian perspectives on international politics.
