The participants included the following: Vladimír Bilčík of the Slovak Foreign Policy Association, Bratislava; Konrad Popławski of the Centre for Eastern Studies (OSW), Warsaw;András Hettyey of the National University of Public Service, Budapest; and Vladimír Handl of the Institute of International Relations. Marco Overhaus, the Deputy Head of the Research Divison ?The Americas? (a.i.) of the Stiftung Wissensschaft und Politik, Berlin also participated in the discussion. The seminar was supported by the project ?Think Visegrad ? V4 Think Tank Platform?. In cooperation with: Think Visegrad and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Czech Republic.
