Tamás Lattmann, Senior Researcher at the Institute of International Relations Prague, held a lecutre on the topic of the Hungarian referendum on the refugee quotas. The chair of this lecture was Veronika Bílková, Senior Researcher and Coordinator of the Centre for International Law of the Institute of International Relations Prague. Given their educational background and expertise, the lecture and discussion were predominantly focused on the legal aspects of the referendum.
