In terms of advanced economies are small and middle-sized companies allowed to be the most flexible, most effective and most progressive and therefore to be the most important part of economy. Dissemination of European market bears not only the entrepreneurial opportunities for these companies, but threats above all. Competition is increasing and small and middle-sized companies are not able to face it. New cooperation and generation of enterprise nets and clusters are appearing. One of the important factors which can have substantial effect for development of competitive strength for small and middle-sized companies is efficient logistics. This paper deals with the mathematical model for logistic control in an industrial cluster, therefore logistic control among the customers and the suppliers.
