At present the deposition of the thin coatings to the functional shape of the cutting tools are still very actual and the producers still looking for ways to find the ideal cutting tool. Some variants of the system coating ? substrate is very close to the ideal cutting tool and more time could be wants the contending properties of the system. However, there still not exists sufficient backing or information what is happened with the coating and substrate during the deposition and what the temperature inthe chamber makes with the system and what the temperature can makes during the machining.
