The aim of the monograf is to contribute to the theory of screw machines namely from view of kinematics and statics and dynamics as well. Creating rotor gearing, which create conjugate tooth surfaces, and generating the hobbing cutter for these gearing are described. Working space with clearence and shape optimization of the tooth profiles are determined. Operational vibrations and experimental dynamic analysis are mantioned. Housing and rotors operational distortion are described and their influence oncontact of tooth surfaces is shown.
