The growing interest in theory and social practice of possibilities of facility management methods in the management of support activities can be watched in last 10 years and is related to many factors. In particular, the optimization of operating costsby exclusion of support activities, which are then purchased but from "external supplier - provider" as individual or integrated facility management services. Definition of management methods ofsupporting activities according to standard EN 15221-1 is the "integration of activities within the organization to ensure and develop the agreed services which support and enhance the effectiveness of their core activities."
