    Enhancement of practical abilities of bachelor's graduates in design engineering is one of the topical major tasks of Faculties of Mechanical Engineering. An efficient approach based on the Engineering Design Science and Methodology (ESDM) stemming from the Theory of Technical Systems largerly validated mainly in our interdisciplinary team student projects assigned, consulted, co-evaluated and highly appreciated by tens of our industrial partners within last more than ten years at the master's level it is however too complicated and demanding vehicle for bachelor level. We have thus efficiently upgraded the traditional industrive methological approach based mostly on accumulated former knowledge and experience with use off essential knowledge and methodology "maps" form EDSM. The instructive form of this unconventional approach thus remained simple. However its quality including the increased support of creativity, and top-down compatibility with all traditional methodologies, and first of all with real life, has been significantly increased. This approach successfully validated by the very first promising engineering design bachelor projects within the framework of a new subject Property Driven Design Engineering and Evaluation of Technical Products from the Viewpoint of their Properties KKS/DFX is outlined including the samples of the first results in the paper.
