Influence of CMM Velocity for Evaluation Precision
Popis výsledku v původním jazyce
Requirements for measurement accuracy are constantly increasing, as are the requirements for evaluating quantifiable characteristics measurement systems. 3D measuring machines are one of the foundations in today's industrial production based on the control activities of complex products. In particular, the area of parameter evaluation, such as shape and position deviations, point spacing from the 3D model, as well as simple measurement of dimensions in the drawing documentation can’t be imagined without the use of CMM. The inspection process has several weaknesses. One of these is the CMM positioning speed for the collection of individual parameters. In recent years, many CMM machines have been built on a highly productive basis to eliminate secondary measurement times loss. However, the question arises as to how fast a position can actually maintain the accuracy and uncertainty of measuring results within acceptable limits.
