New complex nanocomposite DGEBA

This paper deals with complex nanocomposite, which was developed. The nanocomposite is based on epoxy resin modified by nanosilica and nanofabric. As a matrix was used epoxy resin DGEBA based on bisphenol A with hardener Laromin C260 and particles hydrophobic nanosilica - AEROSIL R 974. As filler Ultramid - Polyamide 6 garneted in an electrostatic field. It was verified optimum amount Nano additives into the matrix 1% hm. and adjustment of flowability of resin by incorporating thinner Phenyl glycidyl ether - FGE. The final composite has a very good electrical properties. Extremely good absorption current (minute polarization index 3.59, the volume resistivity of the order of 1016), very good dielectric strength 38.38 kV / mm and excellent dielectric loss tan ? = 4.7 E-03. Its properties exceeds the standard today the use of insulating systems and is very good new promising insulating material. Because it contains components both the matrix and binder we can speak of a complex nanocomposite.
