Popis výsledku v původním jazyce

The paper deals with the problem of legislation and case law related to accounting in the Czech Republic. These connections can be found in different areas of both public and private law. The question is whether we can speak about "accounting law" as a sub-area of law. The author has started a project aimed to searching court findings related to accounting. The main part of the project is to be done in following two years with participation of student research group. The hypothesis is that an importantpart of court findings will be in the area of tax law. Findings gathered so far seem to prove this hypothesis. Some findings are presented in the contribution.
