The contribution presented the Czechoslovakian refugees issue set off by events of 1938, especially the cession of borderlands based on the Munich Agreement. There was a need to deal with the issue of the wave of refugees, who often came to inlands without any material means. Focus was given not only to the legal regulation of solution of situation of those people, but especially to possibilities of restitution of both proprietorial and nonproprietorial losses, which were caused by the cession. The commentary focuses on periods of the Second Republic and Protectorate.
