In the period 1997 - 2000, measurements of several ecological parameters were carried out in sample plots with growths of black locust (Robinia pseudacacia, 4 plots) and Scotch pine (Pinus sylvestris, 3 plots): contents of soil nitrogen (total, nitrate and ammoniacal), carbon, phosphorus, magnesium and potassium, and value of pH/KCl were measured. The chemical analyses of soil indicate a higher content of N-NO3 and P, lower C/N ratio, and higher pH compared with the Scotch pine woods; the differences inother parameters are not statistically significant.
