Wie wird die globalisierte Journalistik literarisch dargestellt, wenn es um schwerwiegende Themen wie die Schicksale der Kriegsopfer oder der Flüchtlinge geht? Bereits 1972 schuf Ingeborg Bachmann in der Erzählung "Drei Wege zum See" das prägende Bild einer erfolgreichenJournalistin von Weltrang und bedingte das Thema durch ethische Ansprüche. Dieses Theorem greifen auch Elisabeth Reichart und Sabine Gruber in ihren Romanen "Die unsichtbare Fotografin" (2013) bzw. "Daldossi" (2016) auf. Der Kosmopolitismus der Hauptfiguren wirdim gesellschaftskritischen und poetologischen Kontext untersucht: als Suche nach dem Ausweg aus der Identitäts- und Schaffenskrise bei Bachmann, als Flucht vor der bedrückenden Wirklichkeit bei Reichart und als Folge der militärischen Konflikte für den Beruf des Kriegsreportesbei Gruber.

How is globalised journalism depicted in literature when it comes to serious issues such as the fates of war victims or refugees? Already in 1972, in a short story entitled "Drei Wege zum See" [Three Paths to the Lake], Ingeborg Bachmann created the defining image of a successful, world-renowned journalist and articulated ethical standards regarding the portrayal of refugees and victims of war. Elisabeth Reichart and Sabine Gruber engage in similar depictions in their novels "Die unsichtbare Fotografin" [The Invisible Photographer] (2013) and "Daldossi" (2016) respectively. The strugglesof the main characters of these three works are analysed in a sociocritical and poetological context: in Bachmann’s case it is the search for a way out of a crisis of identity and creativity; for Reichart it is an escape from oppressive reality, and for Gruber it is the effect of military conflicts on the jobof a war reporter.
