The 7th interdisciplinary doctoral and student scientific conference with a musical focus, “Music Education and Artificial Intelligence”, was held on October 31, 2025, in a combined on-site and online format. The conference was organized by the Department of Music Education and Culture of the Faculty of Education at the University of West Bohemia in Pilsen in cooperation with partner institutions, particularly the Brazilian university UERGS Porto Alegre and the University of Koblenz. The event focused on current issues related to the application of artificial intelligence in music education, music pedagogy, and music-theoretical research. It was primarily intended for doctoral students in Music Theory and Pedagogy, who actively presented their research, as well as for master’s degree students. A total of twelve scholarly papers were presented by domestic and international contributors, including doctoral candidates and supervisors. Selected contributions were developed into scientific studies and submitted for publication in peer-reviewed academic journals.
