Sustainability and sustainable development are recently often discussed topics in various areas. Adoption of the concept of the sustainability and implementation of the sustainable activities are becoming one of the prerequisites for economic success ofbusinesses in the future. This paper is focused on the integration of sustainability into the system of business management, especially into the system of performance management and measurement in the Czech enterprises. The level of integration of sustainability into business management in the Czech enterprises is evaluated thanks to author's empirical research realized in the year 2012. For this research was used questionnaire method among Czech small, medium-sized and large enterprises across variousbusiness branches.
