Im Beitrag wird die geometrische Optimierung des Arbeitsraumes der Schraubenmaschine aus der Sicht des Erreichens der extremen Werte des Volumens und Druckes des Arbeitsmediums gelöst. Die Definitionsbereiche der einzelnen Grössen werden so bestimmt, dass der teoretisch pünktliche Eingriff der zusammeneingreifenden Zahnprofile garantiert wird und dass es nicht zur Interferenz der Zahnprofile kommt. Die Optimierungsaufgabe ändert nicht die Grundkonstruktionsparameter der Maschine wie den Achsenabstand, Zahl der Zähne und Steigungswinkel der Schraubenlinie.

The contribution solves geometrical optimalization of the screw machine - working space regarding reaching extreme volume and pressure values liquid medium. Before the optimalization process itself the quantities are devided into the basic quantities andthose depending on the basic ones. The definition fields of particular quantities are determined in the way that theoretical accurate contact of the meshing screw surfaces is ensured guaranteed and the interference of tooth profiles will be avoided theorigin. The optimalization itself doesn´t change the basic structural machine parameters such as axis distance, number of teeth and helix angle.
