Modelling of Bodies Contact
Popis výsledku v původním jazyce
Dissertation thesis, deals with a modelling of three member mechanical systems during ideal and operating state. The work is oriented to the analytical description of elastostatic normal contact in the manner of the Hertz theory. The main purpose of thiswork is to bring a view on the contact properties of a screw compressor in an operating state in comparison with contact properties in the ideal state. The comparison is made in position in which the maximal contact force occurs. This force between screw rotors is caused actually by a compressed medium while one rotor is axially free and the second screw rotor is held by an engine. The next contribution is a numerical simulation of a contact point motion during revolution per one tooth with consideration of the rotors perfect geometry. The theoretical contribution is made by approximation at arbitrary point by a power series up to the n-th order which is very useful for analytical description of point contact.
