The lecture aims on Data creation, management and security inc. usage of AI in compliance with the topic of digital preservation in general terms. It explains the problems associated with digital information, its fragility, and its interpretation using applications, as well as basic strategies.The second part of the lecture focuses on the current state of digital preservation in the Czech Republic and briefly describes the existing or developing infrastructure.The final part presents successful solutions for archiving databases and spatial data, while also introducing students to formats suitable for archiving.
