The workshop is dedicated to recent experimental and theoretical developments in the field of electronic properties of quantum materials as investigated by photoemission. The focus will be on dynamical aspects in the time resolved photoemission that is rapidly developing thanks to opportunities offered by the novel light sources. The event aims to further strengthen the networking between the theorists and spectroscopists and empower their common efforts of unravelling underlying fundamental principles imprinted in the electronic structure of materials.
