As part of monitoring the relationship between archives and the creators of archival documents in the Czech Republic, the contribution, in addition to the processing and use of archival materials, will focus mainly on their acquisition, which takes place both in the shredding process and outside of them. The second method relates in particular to archives acquired by so-called specialized archives from private originators, which may also be subject to specific conditions of further use. An interesting group of archives are also documents stored in museums, libraries, galleries, memory public research institutions and universities as a result of their acquisition and collection activities.
