L'articolo presenta le norme del diritto particolare, concernenti le relazioni ecumeniche, in specie nella materia dell comunione sacramntale dei cattolici con i cristiani delle altre denominazioni. L'autore descrive gli specifici delle chese pi? importanti operanti sul territorio della Repubblica Ceca. Queste sono, accanto alla pi? numerosa Chiesa Cattolica, la Chiesa Evangelica di Fratelli e la Chiesa Cecoslovacca Hussita. Tra la Chiesa Cattolica e ambedue le Chiese accennate, furono stipulati gli accordi sul mutuo riconoscimento del battesimo. In pi?, la Conferenza Episcopale Ceca emano le norme sulle possibilita della communicatio in sacris. Questi regolamenti giuridici servono allo svolgimento e l'intensificazione dei rapporti ecumnici tra le Chiese, cos? necessri per la societa ceca secolarizzata.

Juridical Guarantee of the Ecumenism in the Czech Republic

The article presents norms of a particular canon law concerning ecumenical relations, especially in matters of sacramental communion of Catholics with the Christians of other denominations. The author describes the specifics of the most important Churches operating in the territory of the Czech Republic. These are, besides the more numerous Catholic Church, the Evangelical Church of Czech Brethren and the Czechoslovak Hussite Church. Between the Catholic Church and both of these Churches, treaties aboutthe mutual acknowledgement of baptism were stipulated. In addition, the Czech Bishops' Conference emanated norms on the possibilities of communicatio in sacris. These juridical arrangements serve to the development and intensification of an ecumenical relationship among the Churches, so urgently needed in the secularised Czech society.
