Im Jahre 2019 erinnern wir in der tschechoslowakischen Geschichte den siebzigsten Jahrestag der berühmten sog. kirchlichen Gesetze, durch die sich der kommunistische Staatsregime bemühte, die Wirkung der Kirchen und Religionsgesellschaften drastisch zu beschränken. Der Autor dieser Studie möchte bei dieser Gelegenheit die Tatsache erinnern, dass nicht nur der kommunistische Regime, sondern auch viele Mächtige dieser Welt in der vergangenen Zeit die Tätigkeit der Kirche oder die Wirkung einzelner Vertreter der Kirchen bedeutend beschränkt haben. Autor der Studie tut es an dem Beispiel von Gestalten der zwei Prager Bischöfe und zwei Prager Erzbischöfe – hl. Adalbert, Andreas, Johann von Jenstein und Josef Kardinal Beran, die von ihrem Bischof- oder Erzbischofsitz vertrieben wurden und wegen ihres Pastoraleifers und Treue dem Evangelium Christi in Verbannung gestorben sind.

In 2019, we commemorate the seventieth anniversary of the so-called Church Laws in Czechoslovak history which were adopted by the communist state regime trying to significantly limit the influence of Churches and religious societies. The author of the study intends to recall on this occasion the fact that not only the communist regime, but also many powerful authorities of this world in the past have significantly reduced the activities of Churches or individual Church leaders. The author of this study does so on the example of two Prague bishops and two Prague archbishops - sv. Vojtěch (St. Adalbert), Ondřej (Andrew), John The Stations of the Cross of Prague Bishops And Archbishops Through History of Jenštejn and Josef Cardinal Beran who were expelled from their Bishop&apos;s or Archbishop&apos;s See and died in exile because of their pastoral zeal and faithfulness to the gospel of Christ.
