DENSITY DIAGNOSTICS AND THE USE OF HYPEROXIA AS A WAY TO ACCELERATE RECOVERY IN KARATE AND JUDO PERFORMANCE
Popis výsledku v původním jazyce
Scientific monograph was prepared as a part of the grant project VEGA 1/1175/12. It is focused on summarizing findings of the variability in the level of loading in combat sport Karate - do and judo, in their respective disciplines (kata / kumite) and forms of leading the fight (tachi-waza / ne-waza) as well as the possibilities of using diagnostic load in the elite sports training. Monograph also discusses the use of hyperoxia as a possible alternative to accelerate recovery after anaerobic load in sports performance in karate and judo. Through the implementation of the experiment, there is studied the effect of hyperoxia (controlled inhalation of concentrated oxygen) as a possible alternative to accelerate metabolic recovery and immediate regeneration of the organism after anaerobic intermittent load in sport karate and judo. Research experimental group was consisted of athletes at the level of national representation. Monitored athletes underwent load during competition performance
