The proposed paper deals with a survey of factors and their evaluation that the user generally takes into account when deciding whether to trust certain content (text, information, web site) or in what context the respective content will be trustworthy to him. The following factors will be discussed shortly in detail: site design, hyperlink and provenance. We use the belief functions for evaluation of trustfulness of web site (content) in dependence on these factors. web site trustworthiness becomes thekey for successful function of web sites and online information systems built over internet infrastructure.
