Performance measurement of supply chain involves quantifying the efficiency and effectiveness expressed in crisp numbers and measures with large levels of uncertainty. Thus was identified a new direction in measuring the uncertainty and ambiguity surrounding supply chain performance measurement using fuzzy logic operation. Paper deals with enlarged concept of fuzzy entropy, firstly used by Soyer, Kabak, Asan [13] for measuring subjective judgments to the identification of organizational values and culture. In presented case study is fuzzy entropy used as a supportive method for managing the real supply chain. Supply chain management according to Harvani, Helms, Sarki [4] includes the coordination and management of complex network of activities involvedin the development of finished product to the end consumer. Fuzzy entropy applicated in case study is used as foundation for quantifying of logistic controlling and benchmarking metrics. Paper is one of the solutions of grant research GA
