The author of the article is dealing with the issue of securing the participation ofaccused legal persons in criminal proceedings, which in comparison with securing theparticipation of physical persons shows significant differences. The author deals in detailwith the issue of bringing to court, summons and imposition of a fine on a person whoperforms acts on behalf of a legal person pursuant to Section 34 of the TOPO.
