The software is a part of solution for experimental data and metadata management. The solution consists from several tools for protocol design, protocol filling, protocol and data management and database access and management. It is focused on the reproducibility of experiment, standardization and reusability of all parts of the experiment. The Protocol Manager is one of the access points to a local database containing experimental data and metadata. This is an application that is installed on the localcomputer used for the realization of the experiments. In the case of direct access of computer to the measuring device software is able to read information about the experiment directly from the device. The software includes modules for management of protocol templates and experimental protocols.
