The importance of anticholinergic drug selection for the ability of antidotal mixtures to eliminate soman-induced neurotoxicity in poisoned rats was studied. Our results show that the choice of the anticholinergic drug did not influence the efficacy of the antidotal treatment to eliminate the signs of soman-induced neurotoxicity in rats following their acute poisoning.
