Catering and changes of human body composition during mission KFOR 2005 are surveyed in the paper. In subsistence were investigated two main problems as the evaluation of feeding and nutritional quality and the effect of soldiers deployment on the changes of their condition. Average values intake of surveyed nutrients was compared with energy and nutrition values of the basic feeding rate. Changes of body composition were investigated by means of Bioelectric Impedance Analysis, device personal scale andstatistical software of calculation. Body fat and water, visceral fat, muscle mass, physique rating, bone mass and basal metabolism was involved in monitoring.
