This article deals with a new communication technologies in crisis situation either natural disasters or industrial accidents and terrorist attacks. In this situation are standard communication means either destroyed or over jammed. This approach is based on wireless technologies, using IP platform, like WiFi, WIMAX for WLAN level, with fixed communication networks.
