Foreign languages knowledge importance has been constantly growing within universities? life. The main body of the article will be focused on the role of English language within the lecturing process of the Logistics Department, Faculty of Economics andManagement, University of Defence teachers. The Logistics Department lecturers, besides other individual activities, can be involved into international cooperation in two important ways. They have been preparing their lectures for the Bachelor study module ?Logistics? provided since this academic year by the Faculty of Economics and Management, University of Defence for foreign students in English language. The second possibility for them is to become the participants of the Erasmus programme within theteachers? mobility process. These above mentioned activities should be the reason of the University of Defence lecturers motivation in order to improve their language skills.
