Carrying out process analysis in the Environment of Military University Education

This article presents the attitude of the Czech University of Defence to carrying out process analysis and related activities that have been done in 2011. It points out the need of making a survey, analysis and processing improvement recommendations forthe existing control system of, particularly the supporting systems at a university-type school. Introduction or improvement of efficient control principles should step up the suitability of provided activities and boost the efficiency of resources expenditure, resulting consequently in school?s better competitive strength both nationally and at European context. Attention is primarily placed upon the scope and procedures of the activities carried out within process analysis and on presenting the University of Defence an institution with cost effective economy in using all resources to meet its strategic goals.
