How to create and develop capstone and operational concepts for future operations and why
Popis výsledku v původním jazyce
The article summarizes the conclusions of the analysis of selected countries with recommendations for implementation in the armed forces of the Czech Republic. This is one of the outputs (results) of the OPERKON defence research project. The operationalconcepts are general approaches to how to solve a potential (future) military problem. The operational concept as ?working hypothesis? can be examined and shaped throughout the method of experimentation and create keystone and framework for future doctrine. Absence of the operational concepts (principal joint concepts for operations) can cause a significant negative impact to the definition of vision for framework of the mission of armed forces for the future as well as to the defence planning as a whole. This gap is solved within the armed forces just by the OPERKON project. As the conclusion, possible variant of the Capstone Operational Concept of Czech Armed Forces is presented
