This book deals with necessary interpretations of crisis scenarios state, forms, characteristics, behaviour and utilization. On security, military and intelligence environment´s intersection, the procedures, rules & technologies for their design, displaying and exact evaluation are discussed. Special accent is put on computerised aid of crisis/ disaster management processes modelling and simulation for better decision making procedures in terror threats/ peril life cycles. The cycle is taken as a nativecontrolling actor for any course almost of all natural or healthy man-made processes, expressing a rule that any uninterrupted cycling process is good indicator of sustainable development advanced possibilities.
