Conditions for the implementation of humanitarian operations are characterized by a lack of capacity of logistics chains, due to inaccessible or damaged original infrastructure of the affected region. Military logistical capacity plays a key role, primarily due to realized independently of the military supply chain in the conditions where other resources are unachievable. Simultaneously, they can play a key prerequisite for fulfillment of the objectives of humanitarian organizations, especially to create conditions for the successful participation of civil and humanitarian organizations to achieve the humanitarian synergy in the crisis conditions and create the subsequent conditions for future handover of responsibility to local authorities. The paperdeals with the identification of the main conditions of decisive influencing factors of military logistics which could contribute to a successful transition of responsibilities to civilian bodies, in the transition from relief to stabiliz
