The article summarizes analysis results of the current state of preparation of the Czech army military observers for United Nations operations. The substantial attention is paid to the analysis step by step description using semi-structured interviews and a detailed analysis using Grounded theory. Based on the analysis the next part of the article is focused on the key problem formulation of the entire system as well as various partial problems. To define partial problems, collected data and detailed analysis was used. In the conclusion, there are stressed out possible further expansions of the research as well as suggested possibilities of the key and partial problems.
