Popis výsledku v původním jazyce
Paper's objective is crisis situation investigation at the process models of case study of sudden disruptive event in Critical Infrastructure Subject (CIS). In those models, every crisis finding and occurrence are connected with organizational or technologic processes dissonance. Paper's methodology utilizes the DYVELOP (Dynamic Vector Logistics of Processes) method, which is able to identify crisis situations and functions, displaying 'Crisis Interface'. The impact of our investigative and recent research work is targeted to the organisations of Czech and European CISs, impacted by Disruptive Event of Black-out type. Their crisis managements need operational coping of crisis situations according pre-prepared crisis scenarios, parameterised by independent variable 'Real time' 't' and dependent variable the 'Information' representing economical parameter 'OVA' (Operation Value Added). The forms, characteristics, behaviour and utilization of these crisis scenarios have similar continual curve development, depending on various qualities of organizational Business Continuity Management 'BCM'. It is condition for the crisis management successful coping of pertinent crisis situation and for the mitigation of organization's damages. Crisis situation without BCM has OVA degradation below zero which brings huge losses for the CIS. But uninterrupted and continuous cycling of BCM processes brings for crisis management fruitfulness and it is good indicator and controlling actor of organizational continuity ability and its sustainable development advanced possibilities. These all will be presented in live power point presentation at ESREL Conference.
