The main organizers of the conference were the Faculty of Computer Science and Cybernetics, Taras Shevchenko National University in Kyiv, and the Faculty of Military Leadership, University of Defence, in cooperation with the International Institute for Applied Systems Analysis (Austria), Lublin University of Technology (Poland), Glushkov Institute of Cybernetics of NAS of Ukraine, Higher School Academy of Sciences of Ukraine, Ivan Franko National University of Lviv (Ukraine), Noosphere Ventures Corporation (Ukraine), Brno Local Chapter of Union of Czech Mathematicians and Physicists, and the European Education Center (Georgia). Scientists from 8 countries (Czech Republic, Ukraine, Georgia, Lithuania, Malta, United Kingdom, Australia, USA) presented their papers at the conference.
