The contribution deals with the legal education system of students - soldiers within accredited teaching at the University of Defence. It deals with practical observations concerning the legal education of students - soldiers, taught legal disciplines and specific issues of the educational process in the field of law at the University of Defence and its importance for practice. Part of the paper also includes the outputs of the questionnaire survey aimed at evaluating the quality of study in two key legally-oriented courses taught at the University of Defence.
