The paper deals with new introduced and found ideas in the military testing environment. According to the last studies and findings our working abbreviation SINATS was renamed as PMTE and PMATS. We are trying to maintain let us say, core tables which summaries branch extent and problems placing of PMATS in the all ws/is life cycles and in other table we summarize the importance and military meaning of PMTE and core PMTAS. The obsolescence of weapons due to rapid generation technology changes is presented as new thread for military capabilities domination.
