The paper deals with the measure methods of the output parameters of the pulsed power supply applied for high power microwave generators. There are introduced the measure methods of pulsed high voltage and pulsed current at the output of Blumlein pulse-forming line (PFL). The Blumlein pulse-forming line is used to feed a special high power microwave tubes. There are presented both the simulation results and the experimental results.
