This article discusses the possibilities of application of methodology for integrated security management of classified information Security has the special importance for the organization. A very sensitive part from the area of security is protection ofinformation. Specific category is classified information, which requires fulfilling of the legislative conditions. Organizations that want to handle with classified information must meet strict conditions. The organization must use tools for security management which are more sophisticated and complex. Integrated security management must be carried out systematically, and must be complete in all areas. To set up an effective and efficient security system, the organization must know the threats that cancause loss of assets of the organization. Very effective tool for the analysis of threats based on elementary graph threats, in essence an analysis of the threats and trimmed with progressive refinement and threats.
