Cyber-attacks are on the rise and attract attention not only in developed countries with the state-of-the art technologies and erudition, but also in weaker or even underdeveloped nations that may see this field as the only feasible opportunity for gaining a strategic strength in the future. The branch of information technologies is one of the most expanding and has a dramatic effect on the population and its future development. Taking into consideration all their variables, the progressing evolutions in the sphere of computers and imaginary world have a significant influence upon everything around us. Cyber-attacks are becoming more intelligent, sophisticated, and their quantity is progressively increasing. On the other hand, countermeasures aimed atpreventing them from spreading and minimizing their damage are being developed. The future challenge rests in timely prediction of cyber-attacks so as to eliminate or at least reduce the risk of catastrophic scenarios. Based on regularly
