Assessment of Tactical Mission Simulation Exercise
Popis výsledku v původním jazyce
This paper deals with assessment of tactical mission executed on sets of simulators in the air force department environment. The aviation simulation center where the tactical mission was executed is based on the structure of an objective evaluation of completed tactical mission exercise and their utilization for a further improvement of mission preparation. Variety of tasks, chiefly aimed at execution of simple tactics, are monitored and assessed on a student group sample which represents current level of tactic knowledge gained by university student graduates in their final study stage. Sophisticated aviation simulation technologies, used for modeling tactical situations, are operated in NATO to increase military staff training quality and efficiency. These simulation technologies also support their mutual interoperability during command and operations, by creating conditions for quality aviation staff preparation. Armed forces across the world suggest, from their experience, an optimal ratio between simulation and real practice of 3:7.
