This study focuses on monitoring the development of military pilots' competencies during their studies at the University of Defence. It uses an innovative approach involving comprehensive testing of applicants and periodic assessment of students using flight simulators. The research combines analysis of performance in simulator exercises and real flight training. Results show a moderate correlation between performance in simulator exercises and real flight training, supporting the use of these methods to prepare future military pilots effectively. The study also reveals specific areas where students show the most progress or difficulty during training, providing valuable information for potential curriculum modifications.
