Publikace provede čtenáře po místech spojených s legendární odbojovou organizací Tři králové. Navštíví místa, na kterých připravovali výbušniny a ilegálně vysílali Josef Mašín, Václav Morávek a Josef Balabán, ale také řada jejich spolupracovníků. Zvláště v případě vysílacích míst radiostanice Sparta I se jedná o zapomenuté hrdiny, které tato kniha snad důstojně připomene.

The Three Kings and the Transmission Locations of the Sparta I and Sparta II Radio Stations – just like the author’s previous publications A Guide to Prague under the Protectorate, Anthropoid, and Bloody Finale – provides a unique perspective to the unhappy period that the Czech lands experienced under Nazi occupation. This time, he focuses in the first part on the little-known circumstances of radio communication with the government in exile in London using the transmitter stations Sparta I and Sparta II. The second part features the core of the domestic resistance movement centered around three men – Josef Mašín, Václav Morávek, and Josef Balabán – known as the Three Kings. The author once again guides the reader building by building and apartment by apartment through the places associated with the radio operators, their assistants, and resistance fighters, with the places where they met, and where they often lost their lives as well. In this unusual way, he opens up for readers the stories of another group of heroes who contributed to the gradual dissolution of Nazi power in the Czech lands and should not be forgotten.
