The article inform about the exhibition Symbols of Emancipation - Synagogues of the 19th century in Czech Lands. It explain the origin of the new type of the synagogues of emantipation aera and shows the different examples of the synagogues in differenthistorical styles as Neo-Romanic, Neo-Gothic and Neo-Renaisance, development of new typ of structures with the central dome and the synagogues in Art-Noveau and early Modern styles until the beginning of the WWI.
