Recently it has been increasingly important to have adequate education, sufficient information, knowledge, experience and skills. The incorporation of ICT in education leads to using of newest educational technologies that support education and with goalto improve the level of an individual?s knowledge and thus of the organization as a whole. Knowledge management that contributes to the growing concentration of knowledge in organizations may be perceived as a higher level of information management. Thedevelopment of knowledge management was triggered by the gradual shift in the organizations? interest from information to knowledge that has a considerable strategic value for them. This value is viewed as a strategy that translates the intellectual capital of the organization, i. e. both explicit knowledge (knowledge recorded on a suitable technological medium) and tacit knowledge (hidden in talent and experience of the organization?s employees.
